Construction Specialist III – Resident Engineer

About the role

Worley is seeking a Construction Specialist III (Resident Engineer) to join its Singapore team. The role provides civil engineering services to Worley and its customers, offering technical support and supervision within the civil team on LTA projects.

Key responsibilities

• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues with contractors.
• Maintain quality records of all works, monitor progress and report status.
• Review and comment on contractor submissions.
• Supervise safety, environmental and health matters on site.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by BCA/IES/ACES.
• Minimum four (4) years of relevant civil engineering experience, including at least two (2) years supervising civil/structural or geotechnical works.
• Registered and practicing Resident Engineer with qualification accredited by JAC of IES/ACES.
• Strong analytical ability with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience on Singapore LTA projects (MRT, underground, tunnelling) is a plus.
• Immediate availability and valid work rights in Singapore are advantageous.
