Construction Supervisor – Mechanical & Electrical

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor specialized in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works to join our team in Singapore on a two‑year contract. You will lead on‑site M&E installation activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise M&E installation works on construction sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare site reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of M&E construction or site supervision experience.
• Experience on commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of M&E systems and construction processes.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to work in Singapore for the duration of the contract.
