About the role
The Contracts Manager will lead the preparation and coordination of pre‑tender documentation, manage contract administration, and support project managers in payment and variation processes for civil construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate pre‑tender documents, respond to clarifications, and attend tender meetings.
- Draft and control contract documents, reviewing commercial terms with clients and sub‑contractors.
- Assist project managers with monthly progress payment preparation and claim submissions.
- Attend site meetings and maintain records of work alterations and design changes.
- Liaise with main contractors and client QS teams on claims, negotiations, and account finalisation.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil works.
- Relevant academic qualification (Diploma, Bachelor’s, Post‑Graduate, or Engineering – Civil).
- QS or contracts background considered advantageous.
