Creative Design Senior Manager

About the role

Join SK-II’s in‑house creative studio as a Senior Creative Design Manager and help shape a luxury beauty brand into a cultural icon. You will work on high‑impact projects ranging from brand films and packaging to retail environments, digital experiences, and new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts for hero brand films, packaging, retail spaces, digital assets, and immersive experiences.
• Collaborate directly with the Global Creative Director and a small, cross‑functional team of makers, writers, and designers.
• Make design decisions in‑room, manage real budgets, and ensure the brand’s heritage is respected while pushing creative boundaries.
• Focus on production and creative output rather than extensive deck preparation.

Required profile

• Portfolio that demonstrates a blend of design and advertising work across multiple mediums.
• Degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, Animation, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in film production or visualisation departments, preferably within luxury or beauty.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and deliver high‑quality work without a detailed brief.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
• Experience with AI tools such as Weavy, Flora, or Comfy UI.
• Basic 3D modeling knowledge using Blender, Zbrush, or Cinema4D.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, colour theory, and composition.
