Creative Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategically minded Creative Designer to shape and deliver our brand experience across both physical and visual touchpoints. The role blends spatial design, brand communications, retail experience, and visual merchandising to reinforce and elevate our global brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the visual and spatial expression of house brands, developing brand identity systems and design standards for global consistency.
• Design and plan showrooms, exhibitions, retail spaces, and customer environments, translating brand identity into engaging spatial concepts.
• Create visual merchandising frameworks and maintain retail presentation standards across markets.
• Direct brand communications, campaigns, launches, and marketing initiatives, overseeing end‑to‑end creative production.
• Manage multiple design and spatial projects from concept to completion, coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering collaboration and high‑quality execution.

Required profile

• Strong experience in premium retail, furniture, lifestyle, or interior design industries.
• Refined design sensibility with a deep understanding of brand storytelling, customer experience, and spatial environments.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, retail, product development, and regional stakeholders.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams and external partners.
