Customer Service Executive – Spa & Wellness

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact for guests at Natureland Wellness Group’s spa outlets in Singapore. Working on‑site full‑time, you will guide customers through service selection, manage bookings and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle enquiries via phone, online channels and in‑person.
• Manage appointment bookings and process payments using the POS system.
• Assist guests in selecting appropriate spa and wellness services.
• Resolve issues promptly and follow up on feedback to improve service quality.
• Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with spa and wellness teams.
• Support promotional activities and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail or wellness‑related customer service is beneficial.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and point‑of‑sale software.
• Positive attitude, reliability and genuine interest in wellness.
