Data Centre Network Infrastructure Construction Project Manager

About the role

JLL is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead data centre network infrastructure construction across Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia. You will partner with client and regional PMs to deliver fit‑out, retrofit and upgrade projects, ensuring safety, quality and timely handover to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support client and regional PMs from planning through site handover, acting as the technical point of contact for local and cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders to align priorities, manage material ordering, delivery and storage.
• Drive weekly management and site meetings, conduct site walks, inspections and punch‑list clearance.
• Maintain project trackers, report on milestones, and communicate progress to all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sustainability standards throughout the construction lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data centre or network infrastructure construction.
• Post‑graduate degree in engineering, construction, or project management is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, contractors and stakeholders across different time zones.
• Strong analytical, risk‑assessment and problem‑solving skills in high‑pressure environments.

Required skills

• Experience with OSP/ISP cable pathways, POE (point of entry) installations, and network/telecom rooms.
• Familiarity with IDF rooms, server floor layouts and data centre turn‑up processes.
