Digital Art Director

About the role

The Digital Art Director (DAD) at Convertium will lead the creative design practice, shaping user‑first digital experiences across websites and e‑marketing projects. This client‑facing role requires a strong portfolio in UI design and digital art, as well as the ability to mentor junior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote high standards of interaction design, visual communication, UI design, typography and visual aesthetics.
• Lead and execute hands‑on design work for mission‑critical websites and innovative e‑marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate directly with clients, translating business goals into compelling digital solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Formally trained designer with a solid appreciation of design philosophy and principles.
• Experienced digital designer with a strong portfolio of UI design and digital art.
• Up‑to‑date with the latest trends and standards in digital and web design.
• Excellent people‑skills and ability to work client‑facing.
