Digital Designer

About the role

Dyson’s Global Customer CRM team is looking for a Digital Designer to create and adapt digital assets that support customer‑focused campaigns across email, web and other channels. You will work closely with marketing, CRM and content teams to deliver engaging experiences throughout the ownership lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and develop digital assets for email, web and other channels using global templates and brand guidelines.
• Use HTML and CSS to customise and refine campaign content, ensuring consistency across devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM and content teams to align designs with business goals and brand standards.
• Test digital assets across platforms for technical accuracy and rendering quality.
• Work efficiently with design systems, asset libraries and brand guidelines.
• Support the delivery of campaigns within tight deadlines.
• Design visually appealing assets that drive engagement and maximise CTA actions.

Required profile

• Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS (experience with SFMC is a plus).
• Experience adapting and localising digital assets for email and web.
• Excellent eye for layout, detail and consistency.
• Analytical problem‑solver able to troubleshoot design or rendering issues.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with multiple teams.
• Comfortable designing within the technical and creative boundaries of SFMC.
