Director, Global Quality Systems & Compliance

About the role

The Director, Global Quality Systems & Compliance will lead the development and management of a worldwide Quality Management System for a leading semiconductor organization. Reporting to the Vice President, this senior position is based in Singapore and oversees quality across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a global QMS aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other relevant standards.
• Lead internal and external audits, manage supplier quality programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and industry requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Oversee risk management, document control, and change management processes.
• Build, mentor, and lead high‑performing quality teams across all locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of quality leadership experience within EMS or contract manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of global regulatory standards and audit frameworks.
• Proven track record managing multi‑site quality systems.
• Experience in medical device, automotive, or high‑reliability industries is an advantage.
