Director of Distribution – APEC Region

About the role

Marriott International is seeking a senior leader to drive its distribution strategy across the APEC region. Reporting to the Senior Director Distribution APEC and the Vice President Food & Beverage APEC, the Director will be based at the corporate office in Singapore and will manage key partner relationships that power our global lodging network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned OTA, wholesale and restaurant & bar (R&B) accounts, ensuring alignment with mutually defined goals and KPIs.
• Transform and modernise traditional B2B wholesale and R&B channels by leveraging new tools and technology to improve efficiency and content control.
• Support business development initiatives for new channel partners and emerging distribution opportunities.
• Contribute to Marriott’s global channel distribution strategy and develop region‑specific recommendations.
• Provide distribution strategy guidance and education to stakeholders across the continent.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in the hospitality industry with progressive career growth.
• 8+ years in strategic account management, business development, sales & marketing or revenue management.
• University degree (minimum 4‑year) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven ability to define and execute transformational strategies for business units.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and account‑management capabilities.
