About the role
BDx is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support its C‑suite leadership across a fast‑growing data‑center platform in Asia. The role acts as a trusted partner, ensuring executive priorities are managed efficiently while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize tasks, and coordinate meetings for the executive team.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, handling logistics, itineraries, and last‑minute changes.
- Screen and prioritize communications, ensuring urgent matters receive prompt attention.
- Process expense claims and oversee travel booking workflows and approvals.
- Handle highly sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with corporate governance and company policies.
- Support office administration tasks such as ordering supplies, processing invoices, and visitor management.
Required profile
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a CEO or C‑suite executives.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, diverse global or high‑growth environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
