Facilities Executive

About the role

The Facilities Executive supports the Head of Department in reviewing, improving and implementing operational processes across the organisation. This role ensures that all centre operations, building systems and vendor activities are efficient, compliant and aligned with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Department in process review and implementation.
• Provide operational support to business units and coordinate centre‑level activities.
• Maintain facilities, conduct monthly building inspections and ensure statutory compliance.
• Manage fault and service requests, oversee repairs and breakdowns.
• Source, supervise and monitor contractors and vendors to meet contractual terms.
• Create purchase requisitions, assist procurement and maintain accurate inventory of assets, spare parts and tools.
• Supervise nursing home support staff and assist the manager with quotations, reports and project progress tracking.
• Monitor and renew statutory licences, utilities and service maintenance records.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Manager or Head of Department, including overseas assignments when required.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in a facilities‑related discipline.
• Fire Safety Manager, WSH, Food Safety or Hospitality certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work physically, multitask in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of hard and soft facility management practices.
• Understanding of workplace safety requirements.
• Familiarity with kitchen and cleaning operations.
