Facilities & Infrastructure Manager

About the role

The Facilities & Infrastructure Manager is responsible for ensuring the daily maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of assigned spaces, facilities, and critical systems. This role supports mission continuity, safety, and compliance by coordinating maintenance plans and responding to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for assigned spaces and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Monitor Building and Infrastructure (BI) system performance and maintenance history.
• Liaise with stakeholders to align maintenance activities with operational and mission needs.
• Support finance and procurement activities related to maintenance and minor works.
• Track work orders, assess repair quality, and escalate performance issues.
• Maintain operational continuity of critical facilities during disruptions.
• Maintain accurate asset and resource records and assist with audits.
• Facilitate reallocation of under‑utilised assets to optimise resource utilisation.

Required profile

• Education in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities management, construction or infrastructure operations (applicants with no experience may also apply).
• Strong attention to detail for identifying non‑compliances.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change, manage competing priorities and drive process improvements.
