Faculty Support Coordinator

About the role

The Faculty Support Coordinator joins the Faculty Administration and Support Department to ensure smooth academic operations for a diverse group of faculty members. Based at the One‑North campus, you will enable teaching and research excellence by handling programme and administrative tasks in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage course materials, digital platforms, website content, copyright clearance, and Zoom arrangements.
• Support live classes, set up exercises, coordinate simulations, run online surveys, and track attendance.
• Collaborate with speakers, tutors, teaching assistants, students, graders, and campus teams to maintain engaging learning experiences.
• Handle post‑course activities such as exam grade processing, data reporting, and video editing.
• Provide calendar management, travel planning, expense processing, document proofreading, and upkeep of faculty websites and biographies.
• Assist new faculty members with campus integration and academic routines.
• Coordinate logistics for on‑ and off‑campus conferences, including travel, accommodation, room bookings, catering, and budget submissions.
