FRS Training Instructor – Permanent Full‑Time (Singapore)

About the role

Survitec is seeking a dedicated FRS Training Instructor to join its Singapore team on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role focuses on developing and delivering training programmes for service technicians, ensuring they acquire the competence needed to maintain and service critical safety equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation of the annual training plan for service technicians.
• Design and deliver a wide range of technical training modules, collaborating with subject‑matter experts.
• Apply the full training cycle, conduct needs analysis, and assess competence against standards.
• Analyse training feedback and drive continuous improvement of training content.
• Maintain accurate training records, issue certificates, and perform regular audits.
• Support competence assessment activities and provide coaching to technicians.
• Participate in service technician duties when schedules permit, demonstrating up‑to‑date operational skills.
• Facilitate a community of practice, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Identify and report non‑conformances, assist with incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Practical experience in delivering technical training for service technicians.
• Strong understanding of the training cycle, competence assessment, and continuous improvement processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with service managers, engineers, and subject‑matter experts.
