About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Executive will lead a team in delivering exceptional dining experiences at yì by Jereme Leung, the signature restaurant of Raffles Hotel Singapore. This role combines proactive supervision, guest interaction, and operational oversight to ensure service standards exceed guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a designated restaurant station or section, ensuring smooth set‑up and service flow.
• Supervise and participate in efficient, profitable service delivery, supporting the Outlet Manager and Assistant Outlet Manager.
• Take guest orders, promote menu items, and ensure accurate input into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Verify order accuracy, double‑check tickets before sending them to the kitchen, and monitor guest satisfaction throughout each course.
• Provide personalized service by remembering guest preferences and using guest names appropriately.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of food, beverage, liquor, and cocktail menus to advise and upsell guests.
