Food & Beverage Service Expert

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Service Expert to join our team at The St. Regis Singapore. In this role you will create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive, high‑quality service to our guests throughout their meal.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables according to service standards.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen team.
• Welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to guest needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, work stations and service supplies.
• Follow health, safety and company policies to ensure a safe workplace.
• Uphold uniform, personal appearance and professional communication standards.
• Handle menu information, verify items, and assist guests with menu queries.
• Move, lift and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting and reaching.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related Food & Beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical duties safely.
