Gallery & Business Transformation Director

About the role

As the Gallery & Business Transformation Director you will lead the APAC Local & Regional Development team, driving fast‑turnaround, high‑impact solutions that inspire consumers and customers across the region. You will oversee the gallery library, project activation, and business transformation initiatives, ensuring creative outcomes are delivered quickly and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire, develop and empower cross‑functional teams to achieve strategic goals while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the APAC L&R Commercial Management team to create and execute regional strategic plans for L&R accounts, focusing on fragmentation and brief response.
• Lead the Gallery & Business Transformation Team, providing direction, coordination, strategic guidance and implementation of best practices.
• Champion a mindset of speed and creativity, delivering projects with rapid turnaround and impactful results across categories.
• Manage workload efficiently, support brief segmentation guidelines and work closely with APAC Project Managers.
• Oversee professional development, talent growth, experience building and pipeline development.
• Maintain the Gallery – a bank of winning consumer delights – ensuring content stays current, competitive and relevant to regional market needs.
• Promote cross‑category collaboration and share successful or emerging themes across the APAC region.
