Game UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Game UI/UX Designer to own the complete UI/UX pipeline for mobile games. You will translate gameplay objectives into intuitive player journeys, visual standards, and in‑engine implementations, ensuring a seamless experience across devices and languages.

Key responsibilities

• Define player journeys, information architecture, interaction logic, and feedback systems for combat, progression, monetisation, live events and social features.
• Create user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma and AI‑assisted tools.
• Establish and maintain a consistent visual language, component library and design system in Figma.
• Ensure UI designs adapt to multiple resolutions, devices and languages.
• Collaborate with motion designers and VFX artists to specify clear motion requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the workflow from requirements and prototypes through Unity prefab creation, integration and final approval.
• Set ownership, deliverables, review processes and quality benchmarks.
• Work closely with game design, engineering, technical art, publishing and external production teams.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of game UI/UX experience with end‑to‑end ownership of a project or major feature.
• Proven track record of taking a game or major release from development through launch.
• Strong understanding of mobile‑game development, monetisation and live‑ops.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership abilities.
• Portfolio that showcases design process, decision‑making and final in‑game results.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Experience with Unity UI/UGUI, including production and performance constraints.
