About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will help the company reach new customers, turn attention into sign‑ups, and drive revenue growth. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own the growth engine from strategy to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, set strategy, launch campaigns and own results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Design, run and iterate rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting funnels and landing pages, continuously optimizing conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and growth priorities.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear performance stories.
