About the role

As a Guest Relations Executive (F&B Host/Hostess) you will be the first smile guests encounter in the restaurant, shaping their dining journey from arrival to departure. You will create genuine connections, anticipate needs, and deliver personalised service that reflects Four Seasons' luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements and table flow to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Build meaningful relationships with guests, recognising preferences and tailoring experiences.
• Coordinate with the service team to deliver timely and attentive service.
• Handle guest enquiries, special requests and any issues promptly and courteously.
