Guest Service Expert – Server

About the role

As a Guest Service Expert in our Marina Bay location, you will create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive, high‑quality service to our guests. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure every meal is enjoyed seamlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of service.
• Interact with guests, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Handle guest transactions and billing in a courteous, efficient manner.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Less than one year of related hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Capability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.

Required skills

• Basic food‑and‑beverage service knowledge.
• Strong communication and guest interaction abilities.
• Ability to read menus and verify information visually.
