Guest Services Agent, Spa

About the role

The Guest Services Agent, Spa ensures smooth operation of spa and salon reservations, providing a welcoming experience for individual guests and large groups. You will be the first point of contact, handling scheduling, payments, and guest inquiries while maintaining a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule services using spa/salon reservation software and confirm appointments with guests.
• Answer guest questions, promote and sell spa services, and provide orientation upon arrival.
• Update reservation and cancellation lists, inform providers of changes, and resolve scheduling issues with supervisors.
• Process guest payments, handle cash tips, balance receipts, and coordinate with Accounting.
• Notify Engineering of maintenance needs and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain uniform standards, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ensure a courteous, professional interaction at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related experience in guest services or hospitality.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spa/salon reservation software.
