Head of Growth Marketing, Asia

About the role

As the Head of Growth Marketing for Asia, you will shape Airbnb’s regional growth strategy, leading market insights and building capabilities across key markets such as Japan, Korea, India, and Southeast Asia. You will work at the intersection of market strategy, organizational leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth marketing strategy for the Asia region, identifying opportunities at both regional and country levels.
• Lead, coach, and expand a team of growth marketers across multiple markets.
• Analyze performance data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform strategic priorities and investment decisions.
• Adapt global initiatives to local market needs, ensuring consistency while respecting country‑specific nuances.
• Build and scale Asia‑specific capabilities, including regional pods and AI‑first approaches to creative execution and automation.
• Partner with Asia Brand Marketing, Business Operations, and global teams to align efforts and drive impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading growth marketing teams in high‑growth, multi‑market environments.
• Deep understanding of Asia’s diverse digital ecosystems and ability to operate across multiple time zones.
• Strong strategic thinking with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
