Product Growth Hacker – Exchange

About the role

Crypto.com is looking for a Product Growth Hacker to own the go‑to‑market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning for its Exchange platform. You will work at the intersection of product, data, and creative execution, partnering closely with product managers and growth teams to drive global user growth and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy for the Exchange vertical, creating differentiated stories and campaigns.
• Lead go‑to‑market planning for feature launches, coordinating integrated campaigns across in‑app, email, web, social and earned media.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking and user research to inform product positioning.
• Design lifecycle programs that boost activation, trading volume and long‑term retention.
• Set KPIs, track funnel metrics and campaign impact using GA4, Tableau and Mixpanel, and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in crypto or financial services.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling B2C products or platforms.
• Excellent communication and copywriting ability to simplify complex ideas.
