Host/Hostess – Summer Pavilion Restaurant

About the role

Join the Summer Pavilion Restaurant team as a Host or Hostess, delivering memorable guest experiences in a luxury hospitality setting. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service flow.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and escort them to their tables.
• Set and arrange tables according to restaurant standards.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests accurately to the kitchen.
• Interact with guests throughout their dining experience, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, workstations, and service supplies.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below knee level.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related hospitality or customer‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
