Human Resources Lead

About the role

Everise is looking for a Human Resources Lead who will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders across the US, LATAM and Asia. This role goes beyond traditional HR functions, shaping culture, driving performance and ensuring the organization scales with the right people.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with leaders to build high‑performing, resilient teams.
• Coach managers on hiring decisions, performance conversations, team dynamics and related matters.
• Drive culture, engagement and employee experience initiatives that are felt by employees.
• Identify workforce risks early and propose proactive solutions.
• Lead talent and development programs that grow people and strengthen the business.
• Navigate employee relations with judgment, empathy and steadiness.
• Use data to tell the people story and influence leadership actions.
• Make HR processes simpler, smarter and more human at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of HR experience in fast‑paced, global organisations.
• Strong HR Business Partner or generalist foundation.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore employment practices and regional nuances.
• Proven coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• Experience supporting leaders through growth, change or transformation.
