In-House Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Producer‑cum‑Video Editor to join SACRED Institute’s Mission 2030. The role will drive the full video production lifecycle—from concept development through shooting, editing, subtitling, and platform optimisation—to support social‑media content, online courses, and the founders’ personal brands.

Key responsibilities

• Research, conceptualise and produce video assets aligned with the SACRED brand, including podcasts, courses, marketing campaigns, client interviews and product showcases.
• Set up, operate and maintain cameras, lighting, audio and other production equipment.
• Edit and colour‑grade footage, add effects and subtitles using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Descript.
• Capture high‑quality photos and videos for social media, marketing materials and events.
• Transform long‑form videos into short, engaging clips for various social platforms.
• Collaborate with founders and the marketing team to develop creative concepts, visual direction and content calendars.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategically grounded creative ideas.
• Maintain brand tone‑of‑voice consistency across all video and marketing outputs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social‑media trends, emerging technologies and AI‑enabled creative tools.
