Industrial Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Industrial Engineer to join our fab team at STMicroelectronics. The role focuses on maintaining and expanding fab capacity, ensuring the capacity model remains accurate, and driving improvements in OEE and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the capacity modelling database and ensure its integrity (OEE, P‑time, qualification data).
• Perform capacity analyses to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Lead initiatives to increase capacity, improve equipment efficiency, and optimise layout.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive operational improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in industrial or process engineering.
• Strong coordination, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
