Industrial Support and Maintenance Engineer

About the role

Thales is seeking an Industrial Support and Maintenance Engineer to join its Singapore operations. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining repair capabilities within the Industrial Engineering function, ensuring that maintenance documentation, test benches, tooling and consumables meet operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support repair operations by setting up and maintaining repair capabilities.
• Review and validate maintenance and repair documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct checking, verification and validation of test benches, tools and equipment required for repair activities.
• Review and validate chemicals, consumables and other repair materials, ensuring specifications and storage requirements are met.
• Prepare and coordinate repair capability submissions, compiling required documents, equipment, test benches, tools, chemicals and consumables.
• Collaborate with Central Engineering and technical teams to resolve discrepancies in documentation, tooling, test equipment and consumables.
• Coordinate updates and modifications to maintenance and repair documentation based on technical findings and engineering changes.
• Prepare technical documentation and supporting records for Quality team review and submission.
