About the role
Join our IT team as an Information Technology Support Specialist, responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and continuity across the organization. You will manage service transitions, support processes, and maintain high availability of IT services while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Service Transition, Service Delivery and Support Processes Management
- Availability & IT Service Continuity and Capacity Management
- Service Level Management and Reporting
- Service Desk, Incident, Request and Problem Management
- IT Asset Lifecycle Management
- Quality Assurance of IT Systems, Audits and Compliance, Business Continuity Management
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline
- Good understanding of IT services policies, processes and infrastructure
- Excellent analytical abilities, team coordination and communication skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes
- Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced operational support environment
- Availability for on‑call support during the last week and the last day of each month
- 2–3 years of relevant IT service experience (advantageous)
