Cybersecurity Architect – Singapore

About the role

Thales is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to join its Airspace Mobility Solutions business in Singapore. You will be responsible for planning and managing cybersecurity activities on assigned bids and projects, ensuring secure outcomes for both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on and manage cybersecurity risks for customers within the scope of assigned bids and projects.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on cybersecurity across system technical and operational domains throughout the product life‑cycle.
• Drive security governance and processes in line with Thales policies and guidelines.
• Increase the security capability and maturity of the organisation.
• Mentor and develop junior cybersecurity team members.
• Capture system security requirements, assess cyber risks, and maintain a cybersecurity risk register.
• Develop system‑level security requirements, architecture, and detailed design artefacts.
• Produce work breakdown structures, specify deliverables, and create detailed technical estimates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in advising on and managing cybersecurity risks in complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of security governance, risk assessment, and security architecture.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and act as a cybersecurity champion.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
