Inside Sales Specialist – Asia

About the role

The Inside Sales Specialist – Asia supports Ross Video’s sales team by generating leads, preparing quotations, and nurturing relationships with customers and partners across the region. You will act as an extension of the field sales force, helping to drive revenue and ensure a smooth buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and clearly articulate product and service value to prospects.
• Manage the full quote‑to‑order lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal pricing policies and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to execute opportunity‑specific strategies aligned with the Ross Way To Sell methodology.
• Maintain clean, up‑to‑date CRM records in Salesforce, including opportunity updates, pipeline management, and forecasting data.
• Track pipeline activity, follow up on leads promptly, and support order flow accuracy and forecast reliability.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts with Finance, Commercial Operations, and Order Management teams.

• Excellent telephone sales and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional sales professionals and business partners.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for opportunity tracking and pipeline management.
