Intern, Rewards Consulting (May 2027 Intake)

About the role

We are looking for a talented intern to join our Compensation Consulting team within the People and Investments business at Marsh. Based in Singapore, this hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office and will support the Rewards team on business development, product insights, and analytical work for rewards advisory projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of the annual Total Remuneration Surveys by reviewing and validating client data submissions.
• Assist with ad‑hoc client data requests and promote rewards products and services to participants.
• Provide analytical support for advisory projects such as job evaluations, salary structure designs, and incentive reviews.
• Conduct targeted research on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and labour market conditions in Singapore and the wider SEA region.
• Prepare materials, manage documentation, and summarize key points for client workshops and industry meetings.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Excel, including dynamic modeling with XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Pivot Tables.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for creating structured narratives and data visualisations.
• Ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and translate findings into practical implications.
• Experience navigating public filings and market data to extract compensation information.
• Availability full‑time for 3‑6 months starting May 2027.
