About the role
A client offering IT consultancy, system integration and solutions is hiring an IT Support Level 1 (L1) for its Changi Airport site. The role is responsible for system support and maintenance so that daily operations run smoothly, with other ad hoc duties as assigned. It is a permanent, full-time position based at T3 Changi Airport.
Key responsibilities
- Provide system support and maintenance to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
Required profile
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma in IT, Infocomm or a related qualification
- No experience needed; candidates without experience are welcome
- Valid Class 3 driving licence is an added advantage
- Good stamina to move between terminals and ability to work in a server room when required
- Good personality, teamwork spirit, punctuality, time management and ability to follow instructions
What we offer
- Pay of SGD 2,300 to 2,500
- 12-hour shifts (8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am) on a roster basis
- Shift allowance of SGD 200 per month
