Key Account Manager – Health & Beauty

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive growth for health and beauty brands on Lazada by developing and executing cluster strategies, promotions and loyalty programs. You will act as the primary liaison between suppliers and the platform, ensuring optimal stock levels and effective marketing spend.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support execution of cluster strategy, promotions and planning.
• Build and manage relationships with supplier and seller bases to negotiate promotions and marketing spend.
• Plan and execute campaigns and loyalty programs in line with cluster strategy.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams such as the Campaign team to deliver strategic projects.
• Provide insights and ideas to grow key accounts and drive adoption of advertising solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, operations or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a brand or in e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to compare trends and present insights.
• Comfortable delivering face‑to‑face presentations to clients.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and contributes positively to team culture.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
