Lead Partnerships Lecturer – AI & Innovation

About the role

The academy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Partnerships Lecturer to teach and develop future business professionals in the strategic and responsible use of artificial intelligence. You will bridge academic theory with real‑world business applications, fostering innovation, data‑driven decision‑making, and intelligent automation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and supervise industry‑based projects and internships focused on AI for business innovation.
• Guide students in identifying business opportunities, redesigning workflows, prototyping AI‑enabled solutions, and building evidence‑based business cases.
• Develop students’ ability to critically evaluate AI‑generated outputs and make sound decisions based on data, evidence, and human judgement.
• Mentor and coach students, organise industry visits, overseas learning journeys, and experiential learning activities.
• Lead or contribute to curriculum design, assessment creation, and subject reviews for AI‑focused modules.
• Embed applied AI practices—including generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation—into teaching methods such as e‑learning, flipped classroom, and blended learning.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience applying artificial intelligence within a business context.
• Strong teaching or lecturing capabilities, preferably at senior or lead level.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, business‑oriented learning outcomes.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring students and fostering industry partnerships.
