Lead Product Designer

About the role

MoneyHero Group is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape intuitive, high‑performing experiences for millions of users across Southeast Asia. You will work within a lean, high‑velocity design team, influencing product strategy, driving AI‑enhanced workflows, and delivering both core product features and growth‑focused campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end product experiences, from problem framing to polished UI, prototypes, and developer‑ready specs.
• Leverage AI copilots (Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI) to ideate, generate flows, write UX copy, create variants, and accelerate production.
• Prototype rapidly to test hypotheses, influence product direction, and align cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with product managers to define problem statements, sharpen requirements, and apply design‑thinking principles.
• Own UX/UI for multiple markets and verticals, including credit cards, loans, insurance, and growth surfaces such as campaign pages and microsites.
• Maintain and evolve the Figma design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
• Integrate analytics, experimentation, and user feedback to continuously improve journeys.
• Partner with engineers to ensure design intent is implemented and contribute to QA when needed.
• Introduce and document AI‑accelerated design practices for the team.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Portfolio showcasing both product features and marketing/growth work.
• Strong ability to think strategically, challenge assumptions, and focus on user outcomes.

Required skills

• Figma
• AI design tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Figma AI
