Machine Maintenance Technician, Senior

About the role

The Senior Machine Maintenance Technician will ensure production equipment operates with minimal downtime and high efficiency. You will lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior technicians within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced equipment maintenance, repairs, and type conversions.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve most problems with minimal guidance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and tool calibrations according to schedule.
• Mentor and train junior technicians, providing proper handovers and shift pass‑downs.
• Analyze equipment data to drive continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S, and cleanroom protocols.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical certificate.
• At least 3 years of relevant technical experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Leadership abilities and willingness to support junior staff.
