Manager, Data Analytics & Reporting

About the role

DayOne is seeking a Manager of Data Analytics & Reporting to lead the design, development and maintenance of analytics solutions that support business decision‑making across its global data‑centre operations. This role will drive the creation of high‑quality dashboards, data pipelines and architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business and management decision‑making.
• Build reusable datasets, semantic models and optimise report performance and data refresh strategies.
• Establish Power BI standards, best practices and deployment processes.
• Design and implement data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, managing enterprise data lake/lakehouse structures.
• Perform data ingestion, transformation and cleansing from multiple source systems while ensuring data quality and scalability.
• Contribute to and maintain enterprise data lake and data warehouse architecture, defining logical and physical data models.
• Establish dimensional modelling and architecture standards, ensuring performance, security and audit compliance.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather analytics requirements, advise on KPIs and dashboard design.
• Ensure data governance, access controls and compliance requirements are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in BI, analytics or data platform roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or comparable data‑lake/warehouse solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and data‑modelling concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Global experience across Asia, Europe or America is preferred.
