About the role

The Manager-in-Training (MIT) programme is an 18‑month accelerated development journey within the Food & Beverage division of Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. It is designed for high‑potential individuals who aspire to become future leaders in luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple Food & Beverage outlets to gain hands‑on operational experience.
• Support outlet managers in daily service delivery, guest interaction and team supervision.
• Participate in real‑business projects, commercial analysis and decision‑making processes.
• Lead small teams on specific tasks, ensuring service excellence and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to understand overall hotel operations.
