Manager, Project Management

About the role

The Manager, Project Management will lead the delivery of new co‑working centre openings and ensure the ongoing upkeep of existing locations across Asia Pacific. This role combines end‑to‑end fit‑out project delivery with post‑completion maintenance, requiring strong coordination with contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, oversee and open new co‑working centres, handling tender documents, procurement, contractor management, cost control, sustainability and compliance with local building codes.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, schedule and quality standards while managing quality assurance and defect rectification processes.
• Support operations and facilities teams in the defect‑liability period by developing maintenance checklists, supervising repairs, alterations and recommending improvements to construction methods and materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on feasibility studies, design reviews and construction cost estimation for new centre projects.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Building/Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, Project Management or a related discipline.
• At least five years of proven project management and fit‑out experience; background in facilities management, quantity surveying or overseas projects is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
