Manager (Training & Learning Development - Cyber)

About the role

The Manager of Training & Learning Development – Cyber will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of cybersecurity training programs. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the curriculum meets operational needs and supports the organization’s security transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational requirements to identify training gaps.
• Design, develop and implement tailored training solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and iterate as needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external agencies to drive the Training Institute’s pedagogy and transformation.
• Plan and oversee the implementation of the training curriculum.

Required profile

• Education in Training, Design, Learning, Development or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred (candidates without experience may also apply).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Cybersecurity certifications are a plus (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GCIH).
• Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
