Manufacturing Engineer – Fan Blade Manufacturing

About the role

Rolls‑Royce is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the Fan Blade Manufacturing team in Seletar, Singapore. You will provide technical support to operations and lead engineering activities that develop, maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery and lead‑time targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with Health, Safety & Environmental standards and the Zero Harm programme.
• Maintain product safety by guaranteeing processes meet design definitions and specifications, and resolve safety‑related issues.
• Drive a zero‑defect culture, collaborating with all functions to achieve Right‑First‑Time quality.
• Apply manufacturing process controls and act as a technical authority, signing off as MEA or PCA where required.
• Identify and develop new or improved manufacturing processes, digital systems and technologies.
• Plan and manage activities, including schedules, resources and costs, to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Singapore.
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably within aerospace or high‑performance engine environments.
• Strong understanding of HSE compliance, product safety and quality management.
• Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and manage project timelines.
