Manufacturing Technician – Cleanroom Equipment Assembly

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician you will work hands‑on in a cleanroom environment building, repairing and testing multimillion‑dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment. The role supports the production of semiconductor chips and advanced displays that power AI and next‑generation technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams and parts lists to assemble and test electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum and pneumatic components.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations, troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs.
• Audit incoming parts, inspect for defects and ensure availability of required components.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps to verify assembly performance.
• Document progress, labor and expense data; install software or perform computer programming when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in the semiconductor, display or a comparable high‑tech manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal standard operating procedures.
