MICE Sales Executive – Hotel Group & Catering

About the role

As a MICE Sales Executive at Conrad Singapore Marina Bay you will drive revenue by selling hotel rooms, event spaces and catering services to corporate and leisure groups. You will prospect new clients, present tailored proposals and close deals while delivering the signature hospitality experience that Hilton is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve group room and catering revenue targets and meet individual sales incentive plans.
• Identify and prospect potential accounts, conduct in‑person and virtual sales presentations, and represent the hotel at industry trade shows.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs, submit customized proposals and follow up to secure bookings.
• Collaborate with revenue management, business support and Hilton Worldwide sales offices to optimise pricing and maximise profitability.
• Drive customer loyalty through Hilton Honors enrollment and maintain an up‑to‑date database of leads and activities.
• Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and handle site inspections and business entertainment.
• Participate in hotel‑organised sales initiatives and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales role within hospitality or events.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• Demonstrated alignment with Hilton core values: hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency.
