MICE Sales Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Sales Manager – MICE & Corporate Sales will lead the acquisition and development of meetings, incentives, conferences and events (MICE) business for NoMad Singapore. Working closely with the Director of Sales, Events and Revenue Management, the role aims to position the hotel as a premier luxury destination for both event and business travel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new MICE opportunities across corporate, association, agency and government sectors.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, site inspections and represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events.
• Create tailored proposals that maximise revenue from guestrooms, meeting rooms and catering.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, negotiating rate agreements and annual contracts.
• Guide the sales process from enquiry to contract confirmation, coordinating with Events Operations and Culinary teams.
• Manage RFP submissions and participate in annual corporate account negotiations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in MICE and corporate sales within the hospitality sector.
• Strong network of meeting planners, event agencies, DMCs and corporate travel buyers.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Sales prospecting and pipeline management.
• Proposal writing and presentation delivery.
• Negotiation of contracts and rate agreements.
• Knowledge of hotel revenue streams (rooms, meeting spaces, F&B).
