Moulding Technician

About the role

The Moulding Technician ensures reliable operation, maintenance, and calibration of production equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to keep equipment running efficiently while meeting strict quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance, and calibration of moulding equipment.
• Set up equipment and tooling, verify performance through testing and measurement.
• Troubleshoot process or equipment issues and support engineering validation activities.
• Document all maintenance and calibration actions to maintain compliance with GMP, WSH and company standards.
• Follow safety, 5S, and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians and production staff.
