MRO Engineer – Aerospace Repair & Overhaul

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MRO Engineer to join our state‑of‑the‑art aerospace facility in Singapore. The role focuses on initiating and developing new repair solutions for aero‑engine components while ensuring strict compliance with OEM data and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and develop new repair processes for aero‑engine components.
• Prepare, maintain, and update work instructions for component repairs.
• Ensure compliance with OEM technical data and regulatory requirements.
• Lead new machine and process qualification activities.
• Drive process improvements to enhance robustness and efficiency.
• Generate First Article Inspection reports.
• Provide technical recommendations and dispositions to the Production team.
• Participate actively in continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an aerospace repair and overhaul environment.
• Engineering qualification (e.g., Mechanical, Aerospace, or related).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly motivated professional capable of working within cross‑functional teams.
